1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the RobloBet platform (the “Platform”), including all associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

2. No Affiliation with Roblox Corporation

RobloBet is an independent platform that is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation, its subsidiaries, or any of its related entities.

The name “RobloBet” is a trade name used solely to describe the Services offered on this Platform. Any references to “Robux” or “R$” within the Platform refer exclusively to RobloBet Virtual Currency (“RB$”), a proprietary virtual token created and managed by RobloBet for use solely within the Platform. RobloBet Virtual Currency (RB$) is entirely distinct from, and bears no connection to, the virtual currency known as “Robux” owned and operated by Roblox Corporation within the Roblox platform.

Roblox® and Robux™ are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. RobloBet does not claim ownership of these marks and uses them only for descriptive purposes where necessary. Users acknowledge and agree that RobloBet has no partnership, licensing agreement, or business relationship of any kind with Roblox Corporation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to use the Services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. RobloBet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of this requirement.

4. Nature of the Platform — Social Casino

RobloBet operates exclusively as a social casino for entertainment purposes only. The Platform does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind. No real currency, cryptocurrency, fiat money, or anything of tangible monetary value can be won, lost, or exchanged through gameplay on the Platform.

The games available on the Platform are simulations designed for entertainment. Outcomes are determined by pseudorandom number generators (PRNGs) and do not constitute gambling under any applicable jurisdiction’s laws, as no consideration of monetary value is at risk.

5. Virtual Currency (RB$)

5.1 Definition and Nature

RobloBet Virtual Currency (“RB$”) is a digital token with no intrinsic or monetary value. RB$ cannot be exchanged for real currency, cryptocurrency, goods, services, or any other item of value outside the Platform. RB$ exists solely for use within the Platform’s entertainment features.

5.2 Acquisition of RB$

Users may acquire RB$ through the following methods:

Free daily, hourly, and streak-based rewards provided by the Platform;
Promotional codes distributed by RobloBet;
Purchasing RB$ packages through approved payment methods, including cryptocurrency.

5.3 Cryptocurrency Transactions

When you deposit cryptocurrency to acquire RB$, you are making a one-way, non-refundable purchase of virtual entertainment credits. This transaction constitutes a purchase of a digital service — specifically, access to entertainment credits for use within the Platform. The cryptocurrency you send is exchanged for RB$ at the rate displayed at the time of transaction. This is not an investment, deposit, or escrow arrangement. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is final and irreversible.

You acknowledge and agree that:

RB$ purchased with cryptocurrency cannot be converted back to cryptocurrency or any other form of currency;
RB$ have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money;
The transaction is a purchase of entertainment services, not a financial instrument or investment;
RobloBet is not a money transmitter, exchange, or financial institution;
All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable.

5.4 No Ownership Rights

RB$ are licensed, not sold. You do not own any RB$ in your account. RobloBet retains all right, title, and interest in RB$ at all times. RobloBet reserves the right to modify, adjust, suspend, or eliminate RB$ balances, exchange rates, or the RB$ system entirely, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify RobloBet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RobloBet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. One account per person is permitted; multi-accounting may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or third-party software to interact with the Platform;
Engage in collusion, fraud, or any form of manipulation of Platform outcomes;
Create multiple accounts or use another person’s account;
Sell, transfer, trade, or barter your account or RB$ to any third party;
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users;
Use the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of RobloBet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from RobloBet.

9. Provably Fair System

RobloBet employs a provably fair system that allows users to independently verify the fairness of each game outcome. Server seeds, client seeds, and nonces are used to generate outcomes that can be cryptographically verified after each round. This system does not guarantee any particular outcome or win rate.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBLOBET, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

ROBLOBET’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROBLOBET, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROBLOBET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RobloBet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the jurisdiction of RobloBet’s principal place of business.

14. Modifications to Terms

RobloBet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Termination

RobloBet may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all RB$ in your account will be forfeited and you will have no claim to any refund or compensation. Sections 2, 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13 shall survive any termination of these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by RobloBet on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and RobloBet regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
